We were 4 strong in rowing class this morning at One young lady here got an erg at age 48 and has since rowed over 7 MILLION meters! After this class I taught a 70-something man how to row for the first time. Rowing is for EVERYBODY. It’s excellent for all-over, non-impact cardio and strength fitness. And it’s never too late to start! I coach How-to-Row every first Saturday at 9:30am or by appointment. Sign up for Saturdays at my website or DM for a custom time.
