We will be holding tryout next Tuesday 7-28-2014 @ Riverview Park for anyone interested in trying a new team. We welcome newcomer and seasoned players. Looking for all positions, but catchers and pitchers are a plus. Come join us as we get ready to start our third season. We have players moving up to 14u and looking to fill those spots and then some in 12 u. If interested please contact Coach Jeremy Dyson @ 803-334-1235.

Our 12u team will be holding another tryout to help fill our already very talented squad!!! We will be looking for pitchers and catchers as a plus!!!! We generally play 2 tournaments a month and use the assistance of a hitting/conditioning coach once a week. If you’re interested in joining a great group of girls contact Coach Jeremy Dyson and come see us on July 28th from 6:30 - 8:30 @ Riverview Park in North Augusta.

We want to wish our very own #5 Abigail Jackson a very Happy 13th Birthday!!!! This child has grown up so much on and off the field!!!! She leaves it all out on the field and loves to be out there with the girls every time we step foot on the field!!!!! Happy Birthday Abby!!!!! Hope you enjoy the teenage years!!!!

Sweetwater Ladybugs would like to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July!!! Let’s all take a moment to remember what our Independence Day means for us!!! 250 years ago a declaration was signed and today we still live by that same declaration. But let’s also remember those who served and currently serve in our armed forces so that we can continue to live with freedom today. Freedom that gives us the ability to serve our Lord how we chose and gives our girls the peace to step out on the ballfields week in and week out!!!! Thank you all for your service and God Bless America!!!!!

Today we celebrate another young one as they get to celebrate a milestone in their life. 13 is a big number. Things in life will change, some for better and some for the worst. One thing that will not change is this young ladies spirit. The energy she brings to softball and the love of the game is felt every single time she is on that field. Zoe today is your day girl!!!! The Ladybugs want to wish you a very Happy 13th Birthday!!!!! I hope your day is as awesome as you kid!!!!!

Everyone once in a while we get the honor of having our Georgia Thunder buddies pick up with us. Sweetwater Ladybugs would like to wish one of our friends Maci St. Johns a very happy 13th birthday!!!! If you know this kid consider yourself blessed, if you don’t you’re missing out. The hardwork and dedication she put in to the game shows everytime she steps foot on that field. Happy Birthday Maci!!!! We love you and we all hope you have a great day!!!!!
