What a day. ⚾

Thank you to all of the players and families who spent part of your day with me. From the first lesson to the last, it was awesome to see players working hard, asking questions, improving their skills, and growing their love for the game.

Days like Tuesday remind me why I love coaching baseball. Watching players gain confidence and get excited about getting better is something I'll never take for granted.

If you missed this round of lessons, don't worry. I plan to be back the first week of August for another pop-up lesson day.

Summer schedule update ⚾️

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about lessons, and I appreciate all the interest. I won’t be back in Normal consistently this summer, but I will be home for a week or two here and there. When I know I’m back, I’ll post dates and availability for catching/hitting lessons.

This summer will be busy with work, coaching, and "helping" plan a wedding, but I’m definitely looking forward to getting back and working with players whenever I can.

What a summer.

Over 60 lessons.
Countless reps.

New faces, familiar ones, and so many moments that reminded me why I love this game.

To every athlete who stepped into the cage or behind the plate with me, thank you. Your work ethic, questions, hustle, and love for the game pushed me to be a better coach every day.

To the families who trusted me with your kids, thank you for showing up, staying late, and supporting their development on and off the field.

This summer wasn’t just about teaching, it was about growing, connecting, and giving back to a sport that’s given me so much.

Now it’s time to head to Tabor College and step into my next chapter as a Graduate Assistant Coach. I’m pumped for what’s ahead and proud of the foundation this summer laid.
