Norfolk Anglers Club The Norfolk Anglers Club is family oriented, dedicated to bringing anglers and families together. Membership comes from all over the state.

The Norfolk Anglers Club was founded in 2005, filling a need for a fishing club in the City of Norfolk. We are family oriented, dedicated to bringing fishermen and their Families together. Monthly meetings cover both inshore & offshore fishing as well as boating & safety. There are guest speakers overing a variety of topics and monthly raffles. We also conduct friendly fishing tournaments and cook

outs, all with a family atmosphere in mind. Our meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM The meeting location may vary so please check our web page at

All meetings are open to the public and nonmembers are welcome to attend. Membership Annual dues are:
$30.00 for an individual
$35.00 for a family. Norfolk Anglers Club membership may be obtained by filling out this application and bringing it to the meeting or Membership Application may be mailed to the following address:

Boaters were rescued after a boat capsized in the Chesapeake Bay Saturday morning, according to the Virginia Beach EMS Marine Rescue Team.

New Atlantic tarpon regulations take effect June 1, 2026, in Virginia waters.

Recreational possession is prohibited, and any Atlantic tarpon caught must remain in the water. The regulation also prohibits gaffing or spearing, requires circle hooks when fishing with bait, and prohibits commercial harvest, landing, possession, sale, barter, or trade.
