Ranked in order of easiest to hardest (from my experience) 🤪

As a working mom, the first part of the battle was finding a way to make fitness as quick and simple as possible.

That’s why I ate about the same 10 meals on repeat for an entire year 😅

It helped A LOT that these were meals I actually enjoyed eating—and honestly, a lot of them are still in my rotation today.

Sleep was another huge one that I think people underestimate when it comes to your fitness journey, especially fat loss.

Once my son started sleeping through the night, I noticed the scale started moving MUCH faster. 😴

And then there’s consistency.

Of course, there are days when you need to listen to your body and take a rest day. But learning how to work out even when I didn’t feel like it was a huge part of staying consistent.

You don’t need to make your fitness journey harder than it needs to be. Find ways to make the habits fit into your actual life. 🤍

If you want help jumpstarting your fitness journey, message me START and I’ll help you figure out where to begin. 💗

POV: You stop believing you’re “too old” to feel confident in your own skin. 💪🏼💕

Jamey decided it wasn’t too late to learn how to fuel her body, build strength, and prioritize herself.

The result? More confidence, more energy, and proof that it’s never too late to become the strongest version of yourself.

A few months into this journey and I truly can’t describe what a blessing it’s been.

Watching these women transform their bodies and their lives has been such an honor.

Small daily changes = big change over time.

Yes, they’ve lost weight, built muscle, and gotten stronger—but honestly, the physical changes aren’t even the best part for most of them 🤭

It’s the confidence that comes from finally showing up for yourself.

And the truth is… 12 weeks isn’t the finish line for most people.

Building muscle, creating habits, and making real lifestyle change takes time.

When you’re chasing sustainable results instead of a quick fix, slow progress is actually the kind that counts.

I have a client spot opening next week. If you’re ready to get your confidence back, build strength, and dial in your nutrition, send me a message or comment METHOD 🤍

For a long time, my arms were one of my biggest insecurities. But I’m done measuring my worth by how little space my body takes up.

Lifting weights didn’t give me “Pilates arms” but it gave me strength.

Strength to do pull-ups.
Strength to carry both of my toddlers at once.
Strength to take care of my patients without hurting myself.

These arms do a lot more than just exist to look pretty — and I’m learning to love them for that. 🤍

That “healthy” snack could be the reason you’re searching for a sweet treat an hour later 👀

When you eat carbs by themselves (like just a banana), they digest quickly and cause your blood sugar to rise fast. Your body responds by releasing insulin to bring blood sugar back down.

The problem?
When blood sugar rises quickly, it can also drop quickly.

That “crash” can leave you feeling:
⚡ tired
🍫 craving sugar
🧂 wanting salty snacks
🤤 still hungry even after eating

This is why you can feel like you’re constantly thinking about food all day long.

Instead of eating carbs alone, try pairing them with protein and fiber:
🍌 Banana + Greek yogurt
🍌 Banana + peanut butter
🍌 Banana + cottage cheese

Protein, fiber, and healthy fats slow digestion and help keep blood sugar more stable, which means:
✔️ steadier energy
✔️ fewer cravings
✔️ feeling fuller longer
✔️ less mindless snacking

Balanced blood sugar isn’t about perfection — it’s about building meals and snacks that actually keep you satisfi

People think lifting weights is just about aesthetics, but for me it’s about keeping the people I love healthy, strong, independent, and here for as long as possible. 🤍

Here are my top tips for finding yourself again in motherhood ⬇️

1. Do something small for yourself every day. Take a walk outside, do your hair, or make yourself a latte. My favorite thing to do is light a candle while I take a shower! 🕯️

2. Do something BIG for yourself once a month! Nails, hair, girls night out. A small break can give you a huge mental reset. 💅🏼

3. Buy clothes that fit you NOW. You grew and birthed a child, it’s okay if you need a bigger size of jeans. Putting on a pair of jeans that fits you like a glove, even if they’re a few sizes up, will do wonders for your mental health. 👖

4. Move your body daily. A walk to the part, a family bike ride, or a little dance party at the end of the day will boost your mood more than you might think. 🚶🏼‍♀️

People underestimate how HARD it is not feeling like yourself. These small things can make a big difference!
