Tonight we will be heading to another new to us racetrack with the crate late model we are headed back north to support the ms crate late series at Greenville Speedway! We have only been once years ago in the street stock and we are itching to get back in the gumbo!

TOP 3 FINISH!
We went to pine ridge for the first time qualified 2nd in our group won our heat race started outside pole ran 2nd the entire race and on the last turn something started leaking onto the RF tire and driver put the car in the wall. He was able recover and we took home 3rd. All in all a great night at a wonderful facility! We are now officially the points leader for the MS Crate Late series heading into next weekends duel at Greenville! Congrats to Nick Thrash on the win!

Race report for last weekend:
We started 3rd in the heat race and finished 2nd had a slight hiccup in the carb so we tweaked it a little for the feature where we rolled off 2nd had a great race with Drake Powell but didn’t have quite enough to get him. We finish with a solid 2nd place! Congrats to Drake on his win Top 2 was GRT and !

Well the night certainly could’ve gone worse. The motor in this car is running off a wing and a prayer. We had a Hattiesburg gear in this thing all night and still couldn’t make RPMs or break the tires loose but luckily the track wasn’t hooked up bad and come feature time we had just enough power to hold it to the floor and finish 5th. We are tied with the 27 for the series points lead.
Qualified 3rd in our group started and finished 3rd in our heat started the feature 6th got up to 3rd and the motor was starting to fade on us. Got in a tangle with a few cars trying to pass and held on for 5th.
All in all with what he had and having no choice but to race because we want to support this series. Hurt motor or not. We are just happy we survived this week and hopefully the good luck will come. We will be better and we will be back!

Well it wasn’t a great weekend by any means. Spent 2 entire race nights trying to figure out why the car is so down on power. There’s plenty of solutions but no telling which one is which. Unfortunately the car hasn’t been the same since it hit the wall at Baton Rouge and with problems coming about in every direction and the crate series race coming up this weekend we have our doubts but there’s no quit in this team. As always we appreciate everyone who helps this small race team. It’s been a lot of bad luck as of lately. A roller coaster. Lots of other drivers know the feeling it’s just a part of racing and we will be back. Congratulations to our fellow racers Waylon Vining and Noah Daspit on the wins!
