The 2026 Fitch Boys Lacrosse season has officially come to a close after last nights awards banquet at Lake of Isles At Foxwoods. Lots of laughs, a few tears and plenty of camaraderie. Thank you all for your support this season, we will be back in March of 2027 to continue our quest for the first Boys Lacrosse banner hanging in the gym!!

And that’s a wrap on the 2026 Fitch Falcons Boys lacrosse season. Doubled our win total from 2025, Conference Semi Finals, played in the state tournament. I’m immensely proud of all of these kids for their hard work and dedication to the program and to our system. I love all of you! Awards banquet next week, and summer practices start in 3 weeks! IT’S FINALLY GAME DAY!! After a week off, the Falcons are back in action today as they travel to #2 Guilford for the second round of the CIAC Class L Playoffs. It’s win or go home today……LETS GO FALCONS!!

It’s Game Day. Big one tonight as the #4 Falcons try and earn a spot in the Eastern Connecticut Conference Finals, but they’ll have to go through the undefeated #1 East Lyme squad. This is why we sweat and bleed in practice. This is why we push ourselves on those last few sprints. The opportunity to be great. Let’s go get it.

Game time is 5:00pm at Waterford HS

BIG win for the Falcons tonight on the road in Old Lyme, 10-0!!

Falcons drop a tough one to RI #4 Mt. Hope, 18-6 at Roger Williams University.

But the news wasn’t all bad today…..not only did we lock in a state playoff berth with last nights win, but we also locked in the #4 seed for the ECC Championship playoffs!!! Hard work pays off!!

Mental and physical rest day for the squad tomorrow after back to back physical games, then it’s all ahead full to the championship semifinals on May 26!

FALCONS GET IT DONE! Falcons grind out a win on Senior Night against a scrappy Bacon Academy squad.

Seniors Kai Gordon and Joseph Wronowski along with Sophomore Oliver Level added 2 goals each, with Junior Gabe Pacheco rounding out the scoring as well as going 11/12 on Face Offs.

The ECC’s #2 ranked defense locked down the Bobcats for 41 minutes, but a late rally forced Fitch to hang on for the win.

Falcons improve to 5-3 in the conference and 7-5 overall, and travel to Rhode Island tomorrow night vs Mt. Hope at 6pm.

ALSO!!! The Kona Ice truck will be on site for our Senior Night game! They will be serving up delicious shave ice over near the Gaga Pit (whatever that is) from 4:30 - 7:30!! And don’t forget, a percentage of all the sales tonight go to the team! Who doesn’t love some shave ice??!
