One of the most common questions we get is:

”Where should I start?”

People tell us they’re a complete beginner. They aren’t flexible. They’ve never taken a yoga class. They list all the reasons they think they aren’t “ready.”

Our answer is almost always the same:

**Anywhere.**

You don’t have to balance on your hands or twist yourself into advanced postures to belong here. And if those are goals you have, we’ll absolutely help you build the strength, confidence, and practice to get there.

If you want to jump into a hot power class, do it. It will probably challenge you, you’ll likely surprise yourself, and you can take as many breaks as you need.

If you’re looking for something more restorative, we have an entire studio dedicated to gentle movement, deep stretching, pain relief classes, meditation, and one-on-one bodywork with our founder and in-house Licensed MT.

And if today all you want to do is soak up the infrared heat, breathe, and chat with the community before or after class, that’s welcome too.

The biggest barrier to experiencing yoga isn’t your flexibility, your strength, or your experience.

It’s simply walking through the door.

Everything else, we’ll figure out together. 🤍

We’ve expanded the second studio to accommodate the growing class sizes and the fresh feng shui has been a sweet summer sanctuary for so many.

We’re still celebrating ✨5 years of incredible growth✨at Yoga Dharma Studios.

One of the things we hear almost every day is how special our teaching team is. Our roster of ✨15 brilliant teachers✨offers an incredible depth of talent, wisdom, and experience, creating a well-rounded schedule with something for everyone.

We are so grateful for the hundreds of people who walk through our doors each week to practice, meditate, breathe, heal, and connect. This community is truly the heart of Yoga Dharma.
