2026 Nationals in the books. Coastal girls battled in the heat playing 8 games this weekend. Proud of this group of girls during their last 12U tournament.

Thank you to Coach Dani and Coach Bill for their dedication to the girls and their development all season. Thank you to Coach Casey for stepping in this last tournament.

This weekend, the Storm team battled the heat, playing against tough teams and not always securing the win, but we focus on positives and learn from mistakes. Overall, the Storm girls took part in their 4th Cooper Memorial Tournament and still brought home some hardware.

This weekend, The Storm battled in the storm to secure 2nd place in the GOLD bracket at the National UFO Tournament. The girls showcased their impressive skills, from strikeouts and grand slams to solid infield plays and outstanding outfield throws.

Newport Storm went 3-1 on the weekend! We lost the game we needed to win to get to the hardware for the Gold bracket, but that wasn’t what defined this weekend! This weekend we played some amazing softball! Hit the heck out of the ball all the way through the lineup! Didn’t let little mistakes turn into bigger compounded mistakes! These girls are playing some real softball and it’s exciting to watch! Go Storm ⛈️
