ONE MORE DAY !!!!!
September is ALMOST HERE !!!
Some of you may know that September is my Birthday Month and I try my Best to enjoy EVERY DAY in the Month ! And thanks to one of my cousins, a long standing tradition has been that the person who is having the Birthday, is the one who "Treats" ! So this September is going to be no different, except for a Twist......
See, I have noticed as I get older, my Health and Wellness has become More Important. So I want to do something that will give all who participate a chance at creating a Healthier Version of themselves. With all the Challenges I have been facing with Cluster Headaches, Sleep Apnea and just the Aging Process, I have gotten together with a couple of friends and we have created THE BRAIN BINGO CHALLENGE !
