Thirty years of serving in ministry together taught us something most people never see from the outside:
Strong couples in ministry still need safe places too.

Before the platforms, titles, conferences, counseling moments, and leadership assignments… we were a husband and wife learning how to stay connected while carrying the weight of ministry.

There were seasons we smiled publicly while privately navigating exhaustion, pressure, miscommunication, disappointment, spiritual warfare, and the silent expectation that leaders should always “have it together.”
But we also learned this: healthy ministry starts with healthy covenant.

This picture was taken at one of the very first marriage retreats we hosted in 2015. Even then, God was already stirring a burden in us to create what we once needed ourselves — a safe place for couples in ministry to breathe, heal, communicate, reconnect, and realign without fear or judgment.

Now, after 37 years together and 30 years serving in ministry side by side, we understand the behind-the-scenes struggles many couples carry silently.
And that is why we created:
