Tip / Drill of the Day — “Quick Feet & Flag Pull” 👟🏷️
• Purpose: Improve footwork, change-of-direction, and clean flag pulls ✅
• Setup: 5-yard ladder (cones/tape) + partner 5 yards opposite 📏
• Drill:
✅ Quick-feet through ladder (one foot per box) — 3 reps
✅ Immediately sprint 5 yards to partner, who jabs a flag as a target 🏃♀️➡️🏷️
✅ Focus: low hips, eyes on the flag, two-handed pull finishing at hip level 💪
✅ Switch roles after each rep — perform 6–8 reps total 🔄
• Progression: add a fake step before the sprint or time reps for game pressure ⏱️
Parents:
✅ Lower contact risk than tackle — safer introduction to football
✅ Builds speed, coordination, teamwork & leadership 🚀
✅ Great way to stay active, make friends, and boost confidence 🙌

Players:
