A very special thank you to these guys for lending us a flat kart for Jace to run at Nutmeg last weekend. You guys are awsome and thank you for giving Jace the opportunity to try this. Nick Boivin found us the kart and they trusted us with it for the day and that says everything you need to know about the people at the Nutmeg kart club. When people talk about a racing community this is the stuff they are talking about. Teams helping each other out and giving opportunities that otherwise wouldn't be available. Keep an eye out for what's next! Jace and Scott Hackett Jr. are both hooked on dirt now so our schedule just got a little addition for the year!!

Since Claremont was canceled today we decided to do a last minute side quest back to the dirt track! This time Jace got to try out a flat kart (which really made mom nervous) but did great! He didnt get to run the heat because of a break line mishap but came back ready to rumble in the feature and brought home a 3rd place trophy! 🏁🏎

Scott Hackett Jr. Tried his hand on the dirt track as well and held his own as a rookie. There was some tough competition and the very own Nick Boivin took the win!!

Our Friday night race with the big track crowd! Jace started 1st from a chip draw and was doing amazing holding his position until he was rear ended and had to go to the back. He didnt give up and made it back up to 5th place! We are proud of him tonight, he raced well and it was a fun experience 🏁🏎

We had fun playing in the dirt with our BCR Kart Rentals & Sales family today! Great food, company and the weather was beautiful!

Jace did a good job navigating through the dirt and loved to drift a bit around the corners. A few extra spin outs and he was able to place in 4th. Seat time and new experiences!

Three straight weeks of racing and we’re starting to find consistency. We are currently placed 4th in the points standings against a stacked field of competitors. The kart has speed every week, and while the driver is still gaining experience, the progress on track keeps showing. Learning more every lap, getting more comfortable in traffic, and staying focused on improving week after week.

Next up this weekend, we’re trying our hand at a dirt track for the first time. Ready to learn, adapt, and see what we can do in a whole new challenge. 🏁💪

What a day at the track 🏁

Jace had a great start to the day finishing his heat race in 2nd place. At the feature, he started 4th with 12 karts on the track. He held his own and after a few cautions, and some collisions on the track. Jace learned some tough lessons about being patient on the track. He held his 2nd place position for the majority of the race until he dropped to 3rd place. He was determined to get back into the 2nd position which led to a spin out with another kart, ultimately putting him to the back of the line with not much time left. He started the last restart in 7th and looked like he ultimately finished in 6th.

Overall, he didn't let these lessons get him down. He's getting some good experience navigating through so many karts on the track in his new division 🏁🏎
