🎣 A Bittersweet Announcement from Diggin It Customs 🎣

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to move to Panama City Beach, Florida. 🌴☀️

This is definitely a bittersweet decision. Diggin It Customs has grown from an idea into something I’m incredibly proud of, and I’m thankful for every person who has supported the business, trusted me with their gear, bought one of my products, shared a post, or simply told someone about what I do.

Leaving the area where I started this journey is tough, but I’m also extremely excited about what’s ahead. PCB gives me the opportunity to combine my business with my passion for fishing and the outdoors in a whole new way. 🎣

BUT — Diggin It Customs is NOT going away!

Everything I currently offer will still be available, just from a different location.

Sometimes the issue isn’t what you can see from the outside.

This reel came in with the anti-reverse failing, and after tearing it down we found the anti-reverse bearing had completely come apart internally. Small parts, rollers, and springs were scattered inside the assembly causing inconsistent engagement and complete failure under load.

A lot of times reels will start showing small warning signs before a major failure:
• Handle slipping backwards
• Random grinding or binding
• Inconsistent hooksets
• Extra play in the handle

Regular maintenance and inspections can catch issues like this before they leave you stuck on the water.

If your reel doesn’t feel right, don’t ignore it. We tear them down, inspect everything, clean them properly, and get them back ready to fish. 🎣🔧
