Frany Cruz is a two-time winner of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics All Conference award, as well as a one-time winner of the All American Award. He was named player of the year in his conference during his Senior year at Iowa Wesleyan College. Frany will work with your child to develop their baseball skills and intuition, allowing them to develop techniques to help them excel

in Little League, travel teams, and school athletics. He will put an emphasis on fielding and hitting, focusing on the key mechanics of each. Utilizing various drills and conditioning, your child will learn to improve their batting stance, balance, rotation, bat speed, and follow through, as well as their fielding stance, foot and hand work, and throwing technique. Frany has over 20 years of playing experience, which has allowed him to develop a love for the game and an expanse of knowledge. He can help your child improve their skills, strengthen their baseball instincts, and have fun!

Led by former professional players and Division 1 college coaches, this 7-week program has a proven track record of developing high-level talent—including 15+ all-conference and 9 all-state selections this year.

We are proud to announce Delaware's premier baseball development program - our Elite Summer Training Program for graduation classes 2026-2030, running from June 16th through August 1st. This exclusive 7-week program is led by Delaware's most accomplished coaching staff, including former professional players and D1 college coaches, who have consistently developed the state's top baseball talent - including over 15 all-conference players and 9 all-state selections.
