Land of Legends Recap :
🏁Street Stock - Left the corn home this week but still meant business. Started 3rd , took me a while to man up and run the top but once I found it we were able to catch JB and run door to door for a few laps. Was able to overtake the lead on a restart, pulled a Cheech, got way too high, almost drove off the track on the backstretch. Left brown streaks in my underwear and the track but maintained the lead and brought home win #3 on the year. Thank you Davie G for the RF shock this thing has been nailed ever since. My fuel issue simplified, was an issue with the track not standing behind what they allowed from last year contrary to what was said. The issue wasn’t with a driver because just like I said last night he had a legit reason raise an eye. When it was advised by the promoter it was going to be dismissed, there should have been a bulletin period. Would’ve avoided all this bu****it. I never hid s**t from anyone. I voiced my opinion and I’m glad it didn’t make a difference, the car was fast and ran cool and sealed another victory with this old girl rolling against the superior chassis.
🏁Started 10th and had a pretty good car. Well that was until this flying projectile in the shape of a Bulldog came rolling around the outside like f*cking missile. We were still able to roll into second and after the restarts we could get in good but Danny boy was justa rockin’ and ended up an another solid 2nd place finish. Goddamn young guys keeping me on my toes. Congrats 61.
