✨ Monday reminder: not every closed door is a setback. Sometimes it’s God’s way of saying, “Not this one… I have something better aligned for you.”

You can pray, prepare, show up, and do the work without forcing what no longer fits. Some chapters really do end with a period for a reason.

Take the lesson, release the attachment, and keep moving forward with faith. Your next door may already be waiting. 💗👠

✨ Monday Motivation: Pray for the next level… then prepare yourself to live there.

As a life and executive coach, I’ll always believe in the power of prayer, but I also believe in aligned action. Faith without works is dead. 🙏🏽

You can ask God for the opportunity, the promotion, the business growth, the clarity, the confidence, and the open door… but when it comes, will your habits, discipline, mindset, and preparation be ready for it?

This week, don’t just pray about what you want to change. Put some action behind the prayer. Send the email. Make the call. Create the plan. Set the boundary. Take the class. Ask for help. Do the work.

God can open the door… but you still have to walk through it. 👠✨

What’s one thing you’re putting action behind this week?

Your Career Has Receipts. Keep Them.

Don’t wait until review season to remember how valuable you’ve been.

Create a Career Impact File and update it as you go.

Keep track of the results you delivered, goals you exceeded, problems you solved, processes you improved, money or time you saved, positive feedback you received, leadership moments you stepped into, new skills you gained, and the times your work made something better.

Because being good at what you do is only part of the equation.

You also need to be able to communicate your value.

When it’s time for a performance review, promotion, salary conversation, new opportunity, interview, or career pivot, don’t rely on memory.

Bring the receipts.

Your accomplishments aren’t bragging.
Your results aren’t “just part of the job.”
And advocating for yourself isn’t arrogance.

It’s career ownership.

Track your growth. Know your impact. Speak confidently about your value.

✨ to the versions of me I had to learn to stop apologizing for.

It took me a long time to truly embrace all of who I am.

Growing up, people were always trying to put me in a box… be softer, be quieter, be less emotional, less outspoken, less spiritual, less this or more that. Pick a side. Be one thing.

But that was never going to be me. 😂

I can be soft and strong. Spiritual and strategic. Playful and professional. Sensitive and outspoken. I can pray about it AND put a plan behind it. 🙏🏾👠

Learning to stop shrinking pieces of myself just to make other people comfortable changed my life.

And now, one of the things I love most about coaching is helping other women understand that balance doesn’t mean becoming one version of yourself. It means learning how to honor, manage and trust all the beautiful layers of who you already are.

You don’t have to fit into somebody else’s box to be whole.

Sometimes the real glow up is finally giving yourself permission to be ALL of you. 💕✨

Wellness isn’t just what we eat or how much water we drink. It’s also what we consume through the books we read, the television we watch, the music we listen to, the conversations we entertain, and the social media we scroll every day. It’s how we think, how we rest, how we move, how we breathe, what we believe, and whether the life we’re building actually feels aligned. 💗✨

Holistic wellness asks us to look at the whole picture… mind, body, spirit, and purpose.

So for this , sit with this:

Which area of your wellness is supporting you right now… and which one has quietly been asking for more of your attention?

And maybe an even deeper question… Is what you’re consuming nourishing the person you’re becoming, or quietly draining the person you already are? 👠💫

No judgment. Just awareness. Because sometimes getting back in balance starts with simply being willing to notice.

✨ Self Love Sunday ✨

You don’t have to carry last week into this one.
Some things are meant to be learned from, loved through…. and released. 💗

Today, give yourself permission to begin again…. without guilt, without pressure, without needing to have it all figured out.

🧠 Mind: Write down one thought you’re ready to release.
💗 Body: Stretch, breathe, hydrate, and move with intention.
🙏🏾 Spirit: Sit quietly with God and ask, “What do I need to carry forward, and what can I finally put down?”

A fresh week doesn’t require a perfect you…. just a willing you.

Release. Reset. Realign. 👠✨

💜 On this Thankful Thursday, I’m sitting in deep gratitude.

🙏🏽 God has allowed me to not only survive, but to truly thrive—personally and professionally.

✨ For some reason, 2015 has been resting on my spirit today.
✨ That year changed me. It was one of the heaviest seasons of grief I’ve ever carried.
✨ I lost both of my grandmothers just six months apart… and a client who felt more like a brother while I was preparing his second book launch.
✨ There were other losses too—so many that I found myself moving through life in a fog for a long time.

🕊️ But even in that… I was held.

🙏🏽 By God. By my angels. By my ancestors.

🌱 They kept me grounded when I could have easily fallen apart.
🌱 They kept me faithful when nothing made sense.

💫 And now, I see the purpose in it all.

🤍 It is a blessing to walk with others through their grief… to help them navigate life’s transitions with care, intention, and self love.
🤍 Through coaching, through presence, through the sacred practice of Soultitude—returning to your true self, even after life tries to break you.

🔥 Grief didn’t end me… it initiated me.

🙏🏽 And for that, I am still grateful.

📖 If you are navigating grief, transition, or simply ready to realign with your true self, I invite you to book a coaching session with me. You do not have to walk this journey alone.

Some of us are trying to step into new seasons while still carrying old weight…

but healing doesn’t happen by skipping over the past. It happens when you sit with it, feel it, and choose to release it.

Your next level isn’t blocked by lack
it’s blocked by what you haven’t faced yet.

be honest with yourself
be gentle with yourself
but most importantly… be willing

because every new beginning requires a version of you that is lighter, freer, and no longer tied to what tried to break you ✨

The more I focus on me… the more everything around me aligns.

I pour into my mind.
I honor my body.
I protect my spirit.

And in doing that, I naturally attract people who meet me there…no forcing, no fixing, no cleansing required.

Alignment isn’t about chasing people…
it’s about becoming so rooted in yourself that the right ones recognize you.

That’s the balance.
That’s the work.
That’s being On Point 👠✨

👋🏽 Endings don’t mean you failed.
They mean you graduated.

Here are 3 life hacks to turn endings into powerful new beginnings:

1️⃣ Reframe the Narrative
Stop asking “Why did this happen?” and start asking “What is this preparing me for?”
Your mindset is the doorway. When you shift from loss to lesson, you reclaim your power.

2️⃣ Do a Release Ritual
Write down what the ending taught you. Thank it. Bless it. Let it go. Burn the paper or tear it up. Closure isn’t about them — it’s about your nervous system feeling safe enough to move forward.

3️⃣ Take One Bold, Aligned Action
New beginnings are built through movement. Update the bio. Apply for the opportunity. Clean the closet. Make the call. Action tells the universe you’re ready.

Every ending is a divine redirection.
Not rejection.
Redirection. 👋🏽🔥

What are you ready to begin?
