I can’t express how proud I am of my client. We have been working together for quite some time now and she’s always showed up for herself on time, never cancelled and has stayed consistent even during times she didn’t feel like it or had lots of things on her plate.
She has completed 75 Hard in one go last week, no cheat days, sticking to a Mediterranean diet pushing through when she had a cold, no excuses and not only proving physical and also mental toughness and is a true embodiment of a warrior queen.
We have released 9 lbs and quite a few inches. She can’t be more thrilled of how strong she got and the energy levels she now has and how healthy she feels now.
It’s not about how many pounds you can drop in a short period of time, it’s not about rapid results it’s about being consistent and finding your rhythm to make fitness and health part of your lifestyle. So you can stick to it and aren’t tempted to go backwards. It’s about creating habits and eliminating what no longer serves you and changing it to habits that do. This doesn’t happen from one day to the other, it takes some time to find your rhythm. It’s a journey, it’s a lifestyle and you have to find joy in fitting health into your busy schedule in order to stick to it and not see it as a chore. This is not to just be a season it’s a continuous thing in order to become the best version of you. There are no short cuts if you are looking to do it the right way and naturally.
