Central Park. Right in the middle of New York City. And I cannot get over this.

Think about it. Outside these gates it is all noise, speed, ambition, everybody going somewhere fast. But in here? The Trees. Stillness. People just breathing.

And it is in the middle of Manhattan.
That is not an accident. That is intentional design.

The best leaders I know are like Central Park. They are surrounded by chaos but they protect their peace on purpose. They are the stillness in the middle of the noise. They are the place people come to breathe.

You cannot be that for anyone else if you never build it for yourself first.

So it’s the end of the week and I’m here in my car just needing a minute with you. Tomorrow my book drops. And I have a lot of feelings right now.

This journey has been everything. The early mornings, the rewrites, the doubt, the prayer, the pushing through anyway and the endless Amazon reminders to upload the manuscript 😬 And through all of it you’ve cheered me on even as I figure out talking about this book in real time.

I wrote Influence God’s Way With Us for those who are tired of performing and ready to actually lead authentically. But somewhere along the way, writing it changed ME.

So before tomorrow, I just wanted to say THANK YOU 🙏

Yesterday I posted a tiny car I saw living its best life in the fast lane. Today I need you to ask yourself, are YOU doing the same?

We are mid-week and Wednesday has this quiet power to it. It is the pause between the momentum of Monday and the finish line of Friday. And the best leaders use that pause intentionally. Not to slow down, but to recalibrate.
