Cardio Kickboxing!
This was one of the most popular fitness classes Katrina taught at Columbia University!
Expect a 45 minute high intensity cardio workout.
Use cans or 2-3lbs. hand weights for added arm strengthening.
Indoor gym shoes are recommended!

The theme of this week's class will focus on Familiar Exercises (from A-Z) accompanied by Katrina's most frequent corrections, modifications, and intensities for these moves! Expect a 45 - 50 minute full body workout / tutorial / rant on the most common exercises from Katrina.
