A Grandmother's Love: A Black Man's Life is set to touch hearts in 2025! This heartfelt story celebrates the profound bond between Tiny and his beloved Grandma Elveree, who shaped him into the man he is today.

Tiny, now a fitness coach and author, draws on Grandma's wisdom and love to inspire others on their health and wellness journeys. Though she is no longer with him, her spirit lives on in his work.

While we don’t have a specific release date yet, we’re excitedly working towards September or October. Stay tuned for updates!

Emmanuel Riley, widely known as Coach Manny, embarked on his remarkable journey with "Fitness at Your Doorstep," where he initially inspired many through fitness and wellness. Following a transformative experience with open-heart surgery, he shifted his focus to storytelling, leading to the creation of eight impactful books.

His latest venture includes the children's series "Go Tiny Go," which embodies positivity and encouragement for young readers. This transition to children's literature aligns with his mission to share messages of hope and resilience, turning personal challenges into universal lessons that resonate with both children and adults.

Coach Manny's journey illustrates the power of creativity as a healing force, showing that adversity can lead to meaningful connections and uplifting narratives. Through his work, he continues to inspire others, demonstrating that with determination and faith, one can transform pain into purpose.

Join us for a spooktacular Children's Book Signing event on Halloween! Celebrate the festive spirit with local author Emmanuel Riley, also known as Coach Manny, as he signs his enchanting debut children's book, **Go Tiny Go**. Volume 1 is already available, and the highly anticipated Volume 2 will be launching on October 25th. This exciting event will take place at "More About Becoming Unique," a wonderful wellness boutique located at 322 E 117th St., New York, NY 10035. Kids will have the chance to meet the author and get their books signed, and they are encouraged to come in costume, adding to the fun!

A heartfelt thank you goes to the boutique's owner for graciously allowing this celebration in her beautiful space, which promotes community and collaboration. This event is a perfect opportunity to inspire a love for reading in your little ones while supporting local and Black-owned businesses. In a world full of distractions, staying focused on self-improvement can be tough. I recently attended a Janet Jackson concert that sparked a reminder of the importance of staying on track and striving for personal growth.

The road to self-improvement is challenging, with setbacks and doubts along the way. Despite these obstacles, our resilience pushes us forward. It's the determination to overcome adversity and stick to our goals that sets us apart.

Tonight was a beautiful reminder to recommit to my journey of growth and focus on my goals. Life has its ups and downs, but it's how we respond to challenges that matters. Resilience is about getting back up when we fall and moving forward with renewed determination.

Let's embrace our resilience, acknowledge the struggle of staying focused, and remember that challenges help us grow. Stay focused, stay determined, and embrace the journey ahead.
