It can be so easy to lose focus. All it takes is a second of hesitation, misdirection, weakness. Before you're know it the bad eating habits are back, you can't even remember what a burpee feels like, you haven't posted a workout to your We Out Fitness page in a few weeks... So ask yourself this question- Is someone (something, somewhere) getting the best of you? If so, make sure that today is the day when you take your life, your future back into your own hands.
