I have been practicing and teaching YIN YOGA for 4 months now and It’s life changing . Before I was only doing Ashtanga and different vinyasa sequences. I realized I needed more restorative due to a busy schedule and a rigorous yoga practice. I hardly ever get impatient or irritated anymore . Living in NYC and being a yogi isn’t easy YIN makes it possible! Message me for more details!
