I get a chance to meet a lot of people because of my profession. And it all boils down to how similar humans are on the core level and how all of us are going through similar ISSUES only in different SITUATIONS .

What I do realise is that very few of us have healthy emotional habits. By setting emotional boundaries it is much easier to step into troubled spaces because you know how much you want to indulge or when you want to step back from a situation.

How do we set these boundaries?
1. When you are unable to do something for someone but are having difficulty saying so, ask yourself is it better to be honest and tell them you can’t help them this time or is it better to take the task and get angry at yourself for accepting the task ?

2. Taking time for yourself because you recognise that you need the time to recharge or re-center.

3. Communicating if your needs are not being met is a better way to deal with a situation vs keeping it inside you and assuming the opposite person should have known you better or known that you needed things to be done differently.

I love having m&m’s but the guilt of what I am putting into my system is always on the back of my head. shared these with me and I loved them. When I saw the ingredients and the nutrition facts I felt that I would be able to indulge in these more often with a little lesser guilt.

Sometimes we are so caught up in seeing the sugar that we ignore other ingredients.

With FitCru 21-day program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. My coach did not restrict my eating habits but showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier things into my diet. She taught me which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living. She also showed me how to increase my exercise by introducing cardio in the form of steps so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. Through FitCr program I stopped thinking about weight loss and began thinking that I was learning to change my life.
To date, I am pleased to say that I have lost weight and continue to lose more."
