I listen to each client and then combine that information with my expertise to give the client what he or she wants and needs. I apply useful and safe

advice to individuals regarding their fitness programs and equipment(s). Clients continue training with me because I encourage them with my positive energy and motivation. I am adept at creating a warm environment in which all clients can successfully achieve health and wellness goals. I work hard to create an environment that whispers, "give me 1 more rep", and simultaneously screams, "Kill it."
