That being said, there’s so much our caregivers projected on to us that we can most definitely unlearn.
I’m truly a feminine woman at my core however I needed to tweak aspects of myself (still working on it) to really sink into what a soft life means for ME.
When we hear ‘soft life era’ maybe you think pampering, massages, nails done, self care and while, yes I’m a big promoter of that if it feels good for you - the real soft girl comes from within. She comes from safety that you cultivate from within yourself. It’s never from the external.
