Heyo—the time change is coming up in the US on Sunday. 🍂 For a lot of people that means disruption to circadian rhythms leading to fatigue, mood sh*ts, brain fog, energy dips, even food cravings.

Here’s how to make it easier on your body:

1. Start Tonight: Go to bed 15-20 minutes earlier each night leading up to Sunday. The gradual shift helps you adjust smoothly.

2. Morning Light: Get outside for natural light as early as possible each morning. It signals to your body to wake up.

3. Limit Screens at Night: Avoid screens 30-60 mins before bed to protect your sleep quality.

4. Stay Consistent: After Sunday stick to your adjusted schedule to help your body settle in—keeping the same sleep / wake times will help anchor in the new routine.

Many of my best cooked meals are unplanned, no prep, throwing together whatever I can find. It frees me from expectations & forces quick decisions, creativity & presence.

I'm seeing a lot of people getting very upset about Siete brand being acquired by Pepsi- and there's a life / mindset lesson available here:

The data is that Siete was acquired by Pepsi. That's all.

The reaction has been outrage & disappointment as if Siete products will no longer be at the high standards you've experienced them before.

But in this moment **nothing has changed about the product.**

The outrage, disappointment, anger, is all directed at something that hasn't occurred & may not ever occur.

ONE possible outcome is that this acquisition leads to a decline in the quality of the products.

Equally as possible is that nothing changes about the quality, and the outrage about was wasted on a projected future that doesn't happen.

Think about that for a sec... all this negative ENERGY being put into the idea of a future that may not occur.

What do you think that does to your mind, your body, your community?

It creates STRESS. And by sharing that manufactured stress, it add stress to your community.

The lesson in this is profound if you accept it: Your experience of your world & your life truly depends on how you CHOOSE to respond to the world around you, and the vision you CHOOSE to hold for your future & that of the world around you.

You can be outraged from now until whenever about Siete, or you can wait & see what happens, make informed decisions about the products once there's actually something to respond to, and choose to believe that things (big picture) are always working out.

All that negative energy you feel about it can go away in an instant with that choice.

Always, 100% of the time, in *every* situation, it is most beneficial to tend to my frequency or vibration BEFORE anything else.

Before any additional thought, planning, creating, brainstorming, communication—& especially before any action.

Increasing your tolerance for discomfort only creates the attraction pattern for more discomfort. We’re supposed to dislike discomfort. Instead, increase your discernment between true pleasure & avoidance pleasure.

Something that's easy to forget, but important to remember:

When you're in overwhelm, indecision or anxiety, it's not more thinking that you need.

From those states your mind is at its absolute WORST. It's not designed for problem solving from states of unease or agitation.

You need some form of regulation to get *out* of your mind.

Movement. Meditation. Grounding. Dance. Play. Sleep.

Get some kind of message from your body or intuition. Then let your mind play with it.
