โจ Friday reflections from ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ โจ
I was the ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ต๐ธ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ค๐ฌ๐ต๐ข๐ช๐ญ๐ด ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ค๐ฌ๐ต๐ข๐ช๐ญ๐ด, one of the final speakers late on a Friday afternoon. I took that as my cue to dial up the energy and engagement.
After quite a week personally, my brain felt a little tired when I first took the mic. But as it always does, being in front of a room full of incredible women gave me energy. The moment I started speaking, something shifted. I saw nodding heads, laughter, and lightbulb moments.
