fitness classes, small group training and personal training with no mandated enrollment, annual, or hidden fees. We offer a variety of cardio classes including all Zumba Fitness class formats (Zumba® Toning, Zumba Sentao™, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Gold, and Zumbatomic®), Flirty Girl Fitness®, and Cardio Kickboxing. Strength, Flexibility, and Mind Body classes include Butt & Gut, Power Body, and Pilates. We also have an array of exotic fitness classes such as pole fitness, and exotic chair that
