BALLET BODY
Available in Absolute Beginner, Level 1, & Level 2
55 min sessions that include Core, Ballet Barre, Stretching, Balance, Posture and Arms exercises. BALLET CALM
All Levels. Includes slow meditative ballet barre followed by full body stretching and concludes with gorgeous posture & arms sequences. This class will leave you feeling worked and centered. INTERMEDIATE
For experienced dancers. This sweaty class raises the barre with more intensity and complexity. Barre sequences use 5th position, while center sequences include turning and traveling sequences. EXPRESS
Experience required. Many of our classes are available On Demand without training instructions in between exercises for a more intense & time-efficient experience. POINTE PREP
For those wishing to advance to pointe work who are proficient in Intermediate technique. This class focuses on technique critical to pointe work. Exercises aim to polish and strengthen basic technique with an emphasis on placement and use of the feet. This class can also be done in pointe shoes.
