Thanks for registering your child for Five Boro Soccer League Inc. we are excited for the upcoming spring and summer sessions. To complete the registration process you have to make your registration payments and pick up the uniforms. Below is the date, time, and location for registration and uniform pick up.

Date: Wednesday, May 1st, 2019
Time: 6pm-7pm
Location: St Augustine's Episcopal Church
4301 Avenue D, Brooklyn, NY 11203
Total payment: $100 ($50 for registration & $50 for the uniform)

Please email back and confirm the size your child wears in shirt & shorts [for example youth extra small (YXS), youth small (YS), youth medium (YM), youth large (YL), youth extra large (YXL), adult small (AS), adult medium (AM), adult large (AL), adult extra large (AXL)]
