A little soft in the middle but nothing I can’t recover from 🫡

💭 This past month was the BIGGEST break I’ve had in an daily active lifestyle in years (averaging 2-4 workouts a week MAYBE) maybe some progress was lost but fr fr the break felt good. Enjoyed great food and vibes. I had to refocus myself.

💭 I REALIZED My 3 or so workouts per week was ONCE a huge goal for myself prior to 2018 when I was probably getting that many workouts in a month. I’m living that goal now & have plans to get it back up to 5x a week starting soon.

⚠️ ➡️ I say all this to say that no matter how often you move if it’s more than ONCE remember you are still winning if you came from 0. We have a nasty habit of neglecting how we are WINNING & only focusing on our deficits. Change that ❤️‍🔥

It wasn’t always like that. There was a lot of anxiety before, doubt, beating myself up, hiding from pics, taking pics from creative angles AND TAKING dozens of them joints just to find ONE that I like.

Now our bodies aren’t everything but they ARE a reflection (in most cases) of how we care for ourselves & our mental health. Feeling on top of the world & I wish this for everyone.

🗣️I hear this a lot “I have no time” & trust me I get it. But I think if we chunk it back & be honest, we can find 20-30 mins in our day to put in work & get results. This is something that I love about KB it’s a full body experience with taking virtually no space at all to do.

Having a minimum standard can be the best game changer you’re looking for…. And guess what! You can always raise your minimum too so you’re getting better and better.

My current minimums:

-Hit my protein & water daily
-At least 6k steps walked

Those are my only current minimums & they have helped me to stay active and fit this year despite fatigue & loss of motivation.
