There is a ton of advice that we could give...
but this reminder from Coach Kevin to "stick to the basics" is spot on.
🚲 Have a solid nutrition and hydration plan that you've vetted and that you can stick to.
🚲 Understand your fitness and start the event in control. Work your way up to higher efforts as you are able.
🚲 Be alert and aware of those around you. Keep your head up and try to learn and gain experience from the event as well as from other participants.
