The ACID workout will be Sunday, May 24th at FlexFiit!

We will have two heat times, 9am and 9:30am, with an 8 person cap in each heat (so sign up NOW!!)

Second HYROX class in the books! This crew (plus Dante who had to leave before the pic!) worked SO hard today and mastered the Farmer’s Carry and Sandbag Lunges! PROUD coaches over here! Class ended with a team relay and everyone was on FIREEEE!!! 🔥🔥🔥
