Zoom yoga is back!

4 week Postnatal yoga course starts next week ☺️

Tuesday’s 8pm-8:45pm (New York time (est) - UK mamas recordings available!)

Getting to class is hard with a newborn so I’m bringing Postnatal yoga back to your living room 🙌

Next course starting 20th of September.
This will be hosted on Zoom, each class will be 45minutes of Yoga especially for postnatal mammas.
We’ll move and flow to ease the body from the impact of birth and newborn life, begin rebuilding core strength from the inside out in a safe and supportive way. As well as stabilising the pelvis with pelvic floor and glute work. We’ll also take time to connect with ourselves, honouring the journey our bodies and minds are going through as we adjust to motherhood whether it’s our first or third baby.
Classes will be recorded and will be available to catch up or rewatch as much as you like for 1 week.

Suitable for women 6weeks + postbirth, and cleared by a professional to return to exercise.

I might only be teaching a little bit but it brings me so much joy!

So unbelievably excited, tomorrow I start teaching Baby and Me Postnatal Yoga at the wonderful
Thursdays 10:45-11:45am at Prema Yoga, Court Street.

“Like Prema Prenatal class, Baby & Me Postnatal Yoga imparts non-judgmental emotional, physical and informational support for the transformation through postpartum and beyond. This means inviting new caregivers and babies to connect in a loving space where they can nourish mind, body and spirit. Expect yoga postures, yin restorative poses and pelvic floor conditioning linked to the breath and designed to encourage a renewed sense of strength and ease in the postpartum body.”

We left London for NY 5 months ago today! 🤯
It’s been a crazy ride, and Kaia joined almost 8 weeks ago!
I’ve missed teaching in person so much, which just adds to my excitement to get on the mat in studio tomorrow to share the practice with my fellow postnatal Mumma’s!
I found Prema Yoga for prenatal yoga classes - is amazing! And there I started to meet some other moms to be and make friends, find a yoga community at Prema which has played a big part in helping me settle into life here in the Big Apple 🍎

Pregnancy Yoga livestream online is back! 😊

This is a 60 minute Pregnancy Yoga class to nourish and support mamas-to-be during this special time.
We'll breathe and move in ways to bond with your baby, and create space in the body and ease the discomforts the come with growing your baby.
Our movements will help keep you strong, and teach you ways in which you can move to encourage optimal foetal positioning and cover breathing techniques and positions for early labour. Giving you plenty of tools for body and mind to prepare for childbirth and the arrival of your little one(s).

This is a 4-class course for £35
Beginning 7:30pm Tuesday 26th October, then running consecutively Nov 2nd, Nov 9th and Nov 23rd.
Class recordings will be available to catch up for 48 hours if you miss the live class.

Been SUPER quiet on here over the past month.

We escaped to the Lake District and the USA then had to do our isolation.

Now I’m excited to be back and teaching my usual classes.

To celebrate this amazing week of Woman with International Woman's Day on Monday and Mother's Day this coming Sunday the 14th

Join me at 9:30am on Zoom, for a 45minute Postnatal Yoga session

We'll loosen up the body in the shoulders and back where us Mother's tend to get tight, carrying and feeding our Little Ones, as well as working on rebuilding strength and connecting to the breath to calm the mind.
