The 90-Degree Break: Dumbbells ko kabhi bhi bench ke level se niche mat le jayein. Jab chest muscles poori tarah stretch ho jayein, wahin "Break" laga dein.
Elbow Bend: Kabhi bhi hath seedhe (straight arms) mat rakhein. Kohniyon ko halka sa mor (bend) kar ke rakhein taake tension joints se hat kar muscle par aaye.
Mind-Muscle Connection: Niche jate waqt 3 second lein, aur upar aate waqt muscle ko aise squeeze karein jaise kisi ko gale (hug) laga rahe hon.
Weight Selection: Wazan wo uthayein jo aapka ghulam ho. Agar wazan aapke hath ko niche khinch raha hai, toh wo bohot zyada hai.
