Sahil Gupta’s Incredible Journey with Brooklyn Training Hall!

We are beyond proud to celebrate Sahil Gupta’s outstanding progress since joining our team on June 20th, 2023.
Starting with a best national total of 153kg, Sahil has worked tirelessly, and this weekend he along along with PR’s in Sn**ch, C&J.
Totaled an impressive 181kg, earning himself a 28kg increase in 1yr

Not only did Sahil achieve his national qualification total sooner than planned, but he also exceeded his own expectations with sheer determination and hard work. His journey is a testament to his dedication and the relentless support from our coaching team.

The sport of is a long game. It takes time to develop and assemble all the parts to manifest success.
There is no one way to achieve the goal. An integral part is coming back to the table after every win and loss. Being clear & objective about your own achievements and your own journey, fighting the human judgement of comparing yourself, your journey your career to others. Move through the hard phases and believe (with every part of your being) that you CAN and WILL succeed. Research has shown those athletes who believe they will succeed despite the odds see the lows and highs as part of the PROCESS Not an indicator that something is wrong. Everyone on the TEAM must believe in each other, it is that bond and trust through the rough times that help us continue to thrive, learn and grow. ❤️‍🔥
