My name is Rudy Valle. My experience ranges from palliative medicine and rehabilitative programs for pre and post-surgery clients to the elite athlete. Working with yoga, Pilates, Alexander technique, strength & conditioning specialists and physical therapists has allowed me the opportun
ity to collect and combine techniques to create my own well rounded approach. Coaching and playing soccer has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of people and coaching professionals world wide. This has helped me to establish a reputation as an exercise specialist while make long lasting relationships with coaches, parents, kids and teachers all over the United States. I have developed specific fitness programs for groups and individuals which are implemented in two respectable soccer clinics in NYC and 3 of the top CUNY schools. Having my own personal training business has given me the opportunity to apply all types of methods and approaches while refining them continuously. I believe that starting with the core you can build a strong base to improve overall awareness and fine tune athletic motor skills. My exercise routines vary and are well adapted to the individual client and encourage working with your own body weight, balance, breathing and awareness of the specific skills performed. By breaking down individual skills such as the soccer kick, the tennis volley, the golf swing, etc., I am able to prevent possible wear and tear of joints and improve technique with minimal energy expenditure. I am a very hard worker who loves working with people on a personal and group setting.
