ZOR (which means power in Hindi/Urdu) puts a Bollywood twist on barre and high intensity interval training (HIIT) in a new fusion format that’s designed to give a unique workout experience crafted especially for our Doonya: The Bollywood Workout community.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Each class starts with a warmup and then moves into short spurts of cardio intervals. These shorter HIIT-inspired intervals integrate the high cardio dance fitness segments you’ve come to love in our signature Doonya class along with more conventional plyometric exercises. Following each cardio burst, you’ll move into a barre-inspired sequence before HIIT-ing te next cardio segment. Each barre segment will target a different muscle group for a full-body workout. Class will end on with a mat-based core sequence, followed by a nice long cooldown to stretch all the muscle groups and reflect on everything you just accomplished.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
