The last 4+ years of my life have been a whirlwind. As I created everything I had ever dreamed of in my personal life - my work took a backseat for the first time in my life. So much of my identity was rooted in my work, and there was a lot here for me to heal, release, and there was an invitation for a new perspective.

When I surrendered and the dust settled, the whispers of feng shui returned. This is the work I had done years ago that I had loved. This is the work that I had been doing for four years in my own home as we created a blended family and a home we are so proud of.

"So...what is Shadow Work exactly?" 🤔

This is a question I get often. Truly, Shadow Work is much more fun and impactful when experienced rather than explained.

But in a nutshell, Shadow Work is truth, acceptance, self love, and power.

Your Shadow is the unconscious part of you where your fears live. It is often not something you examine or even think about. The thing is though, your Shadow continues to have a role in your life.

It surfaces as what we often call self-sabotage, and as the behavior patterns that you say you are "done with", but then inevitably continue to recreate.

Shadow Work is a way of living. It's a whole, vast, beautiful world that leads to you loving all of you and creating WHATEVER you want in this life.
