What are your aspirations for 2023?
Iâm excited for 2023!
One of the ways so many start the new year fresh is with food.
Back in the days of struggling to lose weight, I always started fresh with food too, and had high aspirations to get the weight off, once and for all.
But i wasnât prioritizing myself and connecting to what my body really needs.
I wasnât in touch with intuitively eating and how food is more than what it does for us nutritionally.
Itâs fuel for the body and soul. When itâs real food, it raises our vibration.
When itâs processed, it lowers our vibration, our mood, affects our gut and health in so many ways.
So on this New Yearâs Day, I ask you how can you live a healthier life shifting the focus away from the scale and how many pounds you have to lose.
How can you be healthier for you and your family?
Because when your not, youâre not gonna make great decisions for yourself and grab your sneakers to take a walk, cook the veggies, etc.
The cookies or whatever is your go to will win !
