As I sat in the stands today at Sabina Park, watching my team collapse, I witnessed one of the worst performances ever by my West Indies team. I felt embarrassed, ashamed. I felt like going out take the bat and try somthing Bowled out for just 27 runs one of the lowest scores in West Indies cricket history.

The question is: What’s going wrong? Is it poor coaching? Weak batting? Bad selection? Or is it deeper—something wrong with management? What on earth is going on? And how can we help?
