Here’s my round dad, and let’s analyze the differences between our lifestyles and life expectancy.
-He eats like 4 people. 🍱 🥘
-He drinks alcohol. 🍷 🍹
-He hasn’t workout since 1985.
-He makes excuses to not change and doesn’t want my help.
His life expectancy is around 75 according to my calculations, considering he’s way too round and lazy to change.
I’ve been obsessed with men’s health, fitness and longevity forever, and I clearly plan to live up to 120 by doing all the right things with removing inflammation, diet, natural supplements, biohacking, lifestyle recalibration, Fitness (cardio, strength, flexibility, core). At this point I’m clearly one of the top experts in NYC and even in America 🇺🇸.

I seem harsh with my dad, but I’ve tried to help him for so long, and he simply doesn’t want to listen to anything…
So that’s why I help all the other dads in NYC.
