STABILITY is the bridge that connects mobility to strength. It is the body’s ability to maintain postural integrity and joint alignment under dynamic conditions.
Think of it as your nervous system’s insurance policy.
In this frame, I’m using the BOSU ball: not as a circus trick, but to increase NEURAL DEMAND. By creating an unstable surface, we force the brain to communicate faster with the stabilizing muscles of the ankles, knees, hips, and core.
Without STABILITY, your strength leaks. Your power is dampened. Your risk of injury sky-rockets.
If you want to move like an athlete in your 50s and beyond, you must master the art of staying still while everything around you is moving.
