BODĒ NYC - Original Hot Yoga Come as you are, leave happy & Healthy. Founded in 1999, we brought Hot Yoga to NYC. BODĒ NYC offers a 360 degree approach to the practice.

We offer all hot classes: 26&2, Hot Vinyasa, Hot Pilates, HIIT, Yoga Sculpt, and Yin. The traditional Bikram method Hot Yoga provides the foundation for the curriculum, with a full complement of Yin Nidra, Hot HIIT, and Barkan method Vinyasa. With programs, challenges, and workshops, there's sure to be something for everyone.

500 classes and countless moments of showing up for himself. Congratulations Ray!

Consistency like this doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built one class, one breath, and one day at a time. Through the sweaty classes, early mornings, and everything life throws our way, Ray has continued to show up and put in the work.

We are so grateful to have Ray as part of the bodē community and proud to celebrate this accomplishment with him. His dedication is a reminder that progress is not about perfection. It’s about continuing to come back to your practice.

Today we celebrate Richard and an amazing milestone: 2,700 classes at bodē nyc!

Richard began his practice with us in 2004 at our Upper West Side studio, and more than two decades later, he continues to show up with the same dedication, consistency, and commitment that inspire everyone around him.

Milestones like this are not built in a day. They are built one class at a time, one breath at a time, one decision to keep showing up at a time.

Richard, thank you for being such an important part of the bodē community. Your practice is a reminder that yoga is not about perfection. It's about persistence, presence, and the lifelong relationship we build with ourselves.
