This is what its about for me results! On the left my client was 230 lbs in january on the right she has lost 52 lbs and is down to 178lbs today she no longer has high cholesterol or diabetes. Real change can happen if you work for it i didnt ask her to do anything she just followed the script, changed her diet which i didnt have to convince her to do it was already in the process when we meet.. success and change doesnt come over night but best believe it will come in time if you keep working for it!
