Control the intake of high salt and high fat foods , increasing exercise and sufficient water in the body can promote metabolism and helps to eliminate toxins and waste.

Here's a tip.. find a belt that you wear at your heaviest .. mark where it fits now.. put a mark where you would like it to be .. wear it on your journey and strive to reach your goal.. remember to make those goals practical.
