Due to high demand, we're turning our opening night this Friday March 27 into a free mini tournament with trophies for the winners and tacos for all.

We're closing out registration this Wednesday - there's 2-3 team spots left - and some free agent spots as well for the tourney on great turf fields in the Leon Valley.

The new SA Futbol 7v7 season is back! Games are Friday nights from 7:30 to 10:30pm at Soccer Central. 8 game season.

- Try it for free on March 27 ("Try it" night).
- $200 promo code for teams that sign up by March 23
- Winning teams get to play Vegas or Galveston tourneys for free
- Winning teams also qualify for Central Texas Champions League

Introducing - our very first Player of the week - Eli Schmidt ran the midfield while playing a man down in team Juventus’ most recent game at SA Futbol Sevens.

Eli hails from Guatemala where he played at BVSA soccer academy in his youth. After academy, he moved on to Santo Tomas IFC league 2 in Guatemala, a professional division team.

Before boss the midfield in the SA Futbol 7s, Eli played 4 years at Cedarville University, OH.

He now coaches at Juventus soccer academy, and plays for Alamo City’s UPSL team. Not to mention returning from an ACL injury just recently. Be on the lookout for the next POTW from our league here in SA and be sure to watch out for Eli on the field.
