A recent NYC marathon qualifier, Debora Warner is also a NYC based ACSM certified personal trainer, wellness coach, running coach, and triathlete who has successfully coached several hundred clients to lose weight and achieve optimal health and performance. She has adapted the principals of her studio practice to her training by equating the rigorous demands of art production to the physical deman

ds of athletic performance. Seeing the body as the greatest work of art, Debora recognizes that your needs are as unique as you are. It’s your body, and you are the artist. You don’t need more information; you need to know what works for you, and Debora created The Total Movement with the mission to educate, inspire, and help you live more beautifully.
