John Cruz / Phys Ed. John Cruz is dedicated to improving the mind, body, & spirit of the trainee by sharing sound fitness knowledge that extends beyond popular fads.

My goal is to help people become physically educated individuals who have the knowledge, skills and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity. Together we can build a community based on principals and help advance, as well as pass on the understanding and importance of sound, truth-based practices. This is not your typical Phys Ed class! There are no bell and whistles here. No

cookie-cutter advice, and definitely no fad-based information driven by consumer trends. Learn, train smart and make considerable changes in your:

•Physical strength and all other physical adaptations.
•Abilities and skills
•Physique and aesthetics
•Overall athletic performance

A little about myself:
The knowledge I’ve gained so far comes from a lifetime of sport participation, martial arts practice, academic study, self study, being in the trenches, educating trainers, and over 20 years of training folks from all walks of life. I received my degree in Kinesiology and exercise Sciences from Brooklyn College and have advanced certifications, including NSCA-CSCS, USWA Club Coach, ISSA, ACSM, and others. Today, I am still dedicated to improving
the lives of many people through physical education, and efficient and effective training. My first lesson is the most important lesson. EDUCATION=EFFECTIVE TRAINING=RESULTS=LONGEVITY
